We orient new nurses to our unit by setting up shadowing with all of the different roles within PAS, allowing for each person to know what the other is doing for our patients. Our nurses are successful because they have tenacity, strong communication skills, serious empathy skills, and the ability to adapt to the unknown. Access is provisioned automatically to current Vanderbilt University faculty, staff and students. Licensing covered by our Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft is provisioned automatically.
